Hi, I'm Gail! I've been fascinated by marketing for as long as I can remember. I love seeing how a great idea can become a story that people remember.
My career began in fashion marketing, where I worked across digital marketing, e-commerce, content production, and campaign execution. From organising photoshoots and creating content to working closely with creative agencies, I learned that every detail plays a part in shaping a brand. As my career evolved, so did my perspective. I experienced marketing from both sides, working in agencies and within global brands. I consulted on marketing strategy, collaborated with creative teams, and led campaigns and events reaching audiences of more than 11,000 people. Seeing both perspectives taught me how to balance creative ideas with real business goals.
But throughout every role, one thing never changed: I loved helping brands tell their story. For years, I dreamed of building an agency of my own.
That dream became Made by May.
